Product Characteristics and Advantages

Acoustic absorption: open pore structure combined with composite pore design to achieve effective absorption of airborne sound over a wide frequency band; the unique combination of physical properties maximizes absorption at key noise frequencies (α ≥ 0.9 absorption coefficient at 1000 HZ or above);

Transmission loss: the relatively high density and high flow resistance provide an effective barrier to sound waves;

Damping characteristics (vibration damping effect): good viscoelastic properties can effectively reduce or eliminate the resonance of the metal plate structure (such as soundproof enclosure, pipe wall, etc.), so as to reduce the structure radiation noise.

NBR therminal insulation sheet property

Convenient Installation: Directly glued, easy to fit with the inner wall of the duct, the corner position can also be completely fit, no need to use other fixing methods, simple cutting of materials.

Health and environmental protection: no fiber, no dust particles, no formaldehyde, low VOC S emissions.

Anti-mold and anti-bacterial: Anti-bacterial and anti-mold factor is added to prevent the growth of bacteria and mold.

With good sound absorption and vibration damping performance, our mute adiabatic slow rebound rubber material is 5db higher than the weighted sound insulation of traditional fiber-based materials of similar density, and the fit of the inner wall of the air duct can improve the sound insulation of the air duct.
